Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy

We value our customers and we have customized the booking process to handle their finances easily

  • Book Now & Travel anytime between 2023, 2024 & 2025. We offer you to rollover your booking anytime for 3 years and your investment is safe with us.
  • Tour reservation needs to be completed with a 20% prepayment to EverestDreams bank account before starting your engagement.
  • Final payment should be made after reaching Kathmandu and Before the trip start date.
  • Your deposit is secure, transferable at your will, or rescheduled for a future date; there are no surcharges, penalties, or fees.

What you get 

  • Induction program with our team from 1 month before starting your journey with us.
  • The induction program will explain the Packaging list, Insurance preparation, Medical Kit, Equipment to purchase, weather pattern, travel journey details, Hotel accommodation, and Don’ts in the program, and Emergency Services.
  • The induction program would also cover your exercise, sleeping and diet, and water intake habits to customize and accommodate the tour.
  • Tailored programs would be based on the age group, individual exercise patterns would be provided, and a follow-up program would be taken to prepare the teams better.

Cancellation Policy

We understand our customer’s need and their wish to cancel the trip, If you wish to cancel your tour, you must notify EverestDreams in writing. Once the ED team receives your notice, the cancellation will take effect subject to the following:

Cancellation and Refund  Policy Terms and Conditions

  • If cancellation occurs before 90 days of your departure date, your full deposit will be refunded.
  • If cancellation occurs after 90 days of your departure date, 20% of the tour price will be forfeited.
  • If cancellation occurs before 60 days of your departure date, 30% of the tour price will be forfeited.
  • If cancellation occurs before 30 days of your departure date, 50% of the tour price will be forfeited.
  • If cancellation occurs before 15 days of your departure date, 70% of the tour price will be forfeited.
  • If cancellation occurs before 7 days of your departure date, 100% of the tour price will be forfeited.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds are made if you voluntarily leave a trip for any reason after the journey starts or if you are involuntarily forced to leave a trip for any reason.
  • No refunds will be made for accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals, or any services not used.
  • These rules do not apply to Holiday/ Trip Packages bought through third-party websites. They shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the website from which EverestDreams was booked. EverestDreams will not be responsible for refunds for excursions booked through third-party websites.
