Itinerary
Experience the mesmerizing flight to Nepal, marveling at the breathtaking views of snowcapped peaks, lush green hills, and scattered settlements. Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will assist you with your accommodation. Take some time to rest before embarking on a delightful stroll around Kathmandu, exploring its natural and cultural landmarks. Visit ancient temples and stupas, immersing yourself in the local way of life.
In the afternoon, attend a comprehensive trek briefing conducted by your team leader and guide. Gain valuable insights and important information about the upcoming adventure. Later, come together for a warm welcome dinner with your team and guide, fostering a sense of camaraderie before setting off on the trek.
Begin your day by heading to the domestic airport early in the morning to catch a flight to Lukla. Enjoy the scenic flight over picturesque settlements, rolling hills, and majestic snowcapped Himalayas. After a 45-minute journey, you'll land at Lukla, a small hilltop village with a historic airstrip established by Sir Edmund Hillary and the Sherpas in the 1960s. Take a moment to rest before setting off towards the charming village of Phakding.
Follow the trail and pass through the beautiful settlement of Chauri Kharka, offering stunning views. As you continue along the banks of the Dudh Koshi River, you'll reach the village of Ghat at an elevation of 2,550 meters. Marvel at the sacred peak of Khumbila, one of the few unconquered peaks in the Khumbu region. A short walk from there will lead you to Phakding, nestled at 2,610 meters in the serene Dudh Koshi Valley. Discover this quaint Sherpa town surrounded by lush greenery.
Begin your day with a hearty breakfast, preparing for an exciting trek ahead. The trail takes you through enchanting Rhododendron and Pine forests, offering a picturesque setting. As you emerge from the forest canopy, you'll be treated to panoramic views of Mt. Thamserku (6,608m) on your right, while pine, fir, and juniper forests accompany you throughout the journey. Keep an eye out for glimpses of the majestic Mt. Everest peering over the Lhotse-Nuptse ridge.
Continuing along the trail, you'll reach the entrance of Sagarmatha National Park, where your permits will be checked. Embark on an uphill climb, making your way towards the vibrant Namche Bazaar. Along the way, soak in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes and mountains. Upon arriving in Namche, settle into your tea house and take some time to explore this fascinating region, filled with culture and charm.
Today is dedicated to acclimatization, an essential process as you ascend to higher elevations. Take advantage of this day to allow your body to adjust to the thinner air. Namche Bazaar offers several vantage points that are perfect for an acclimatization hike.
Set out before dawn to one of these vantage points and witness the awe-inspiring sunrise over the Himalayas. As the sun's rays touch the snowy peaks, they transform into a beautiful array of colors. Marvel at the sight of Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Kongde, Lhotse, and other majestic mountains.
After a satisfying lunch, venture towards Thami, a village situated above the Bhote Khola River Valley. Traverse through the lush woodlands of Sagarmatha National Park until you reach the national park headquarters located above the village. From this vantage point, enjoy panoramic views of the Mahalangur range and the mighty Everest. Take the opportunity to explore the national park headquarters, learn about the Sherpa lifestyle, immerse yourself in their rich culture, and discover the biodiversity of the region.
As the day comes to a close, make your way back to Namche, relishing the grand views of the dusk along the trail.
Leaving Namche, embark on an easy-level trail that winds around the ridge, leading you to a buffer zone's end. From here, a viewpoint offers a breathtaking panorama of peaks stretching from Thamserku to Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and Everest.
Continue your journey towards Kyangjuma, situated at an elevation of 3,550 meters. A short walk from there brings you to an important trail junction at Sanasa, located at an altitude of 3,600 meters. From Sanasa, follow the trail that gently descends towards the river, offering scenic views along the way.
As the trail gradually drops, you'll pass through Lawichasa, with the majestic Mt. Ama Dablam forming a stunning backdrop. From Lawichasa, a narrow path branches north, leading you to Tashinga. Then, the trail ascends via steep stone steps until you reach Phunki Thenga at an elevation of 3,250 meters, where a suspension bridge awaits.
Crossing the bridge, the trail takes you past water-powered prayer wheels and begins a sustained climb through a forest of tall rhododendron trees. Follow the trail and eventually arrive at the settlement of Tengboche. After checking in at your tea house, make your way to the renowned Tengboche monastery, an important cultural and spiritual landmark of the region.
Today the trek continued on the upper trail, showcasing the breathtaking views of an ancient monastery. The route passed through several Chortens and Mani walls, as well as small villages. All along the way witness and admire the fantastic close-up views of Ama-Dablam. As you progress on the trail the tracks take you traversing beneath the towering north face of Ama Dablam.
Following the trail, you will be entering the Imja Valley. The valley gradually opened up as the group approached the confluence of the Lobuche River. The descent into the river is followed by the last and steepest ascent of the day, leading up to Dingboche. From here after a short trek you will finally reach Pheriche.
On your second day of acclimatization in Tengboche, take advantage of the settlement's numerous vantage points for acclimatization excursions. After a satisfying breakfast, embark on a hike to one of these vantage points and treat yourself to breathtaking views of Lhotse, Makalu, Cho You, Cholatse, Taboche, Lobuche West, and Lobuche East. Marvel at the majestic beauty of these peaks.
Afterward, take the time to explore the settlement of Tengboche, immersing yourself in its tranquil atmosphere. Relax and enjoy the magnificent views of the surrounding landscape. Let the natural beauty of the region leave a lasting impression as you soak in the serenity of Tengboche.
After a hearty breakfast, begin your trek towards the settlement of Lobuche, traversing through high mountain country. As you make your way along the trail, you'll pass through charming villages and be treated to stunning views of the surrounding landscape. With each step, you'll gradually gain altitude and catch your first glimpse of the majestic Lobuche Peak.
Continue following the trail, which takes you along glaciers and brings you closer to your destination. Finally, arrive at the settlement of Lobuche. Take this time to relax and rest, as tomorrow you will be heading towards the High Camp in preparation for your upcoming ascent.
Today, your journey takes you to the Lobuche Base Camp. Begin the trek by traversing across the valley and tackling a steep rocky ascent. As you make progress along the trail, be prepared to be amazed by the magnificent views of the Lobuche Glacier, Ama Dablam, Cholatse, Pokalde, Thamserku, Kantega, and other breathtaking mountain peaks. Traverse across the moraine until you reach the Lobuche Base Camp.
After a short rest at the base camp, continue your ascent towards the High Camp. Follow the rocky moraine, steadily making your way towards the high camp. Upon arrival, take the time to rest and relax, knowing that tomorrow you will begin your expedition. This is an important moment to gather your strength and prepare yourself for the adventure that lies ahead.
From this day the climbing period starts. Followed by various basic to advanced training. After summiting the peak head back towards the Base Camp and eventually to the village of Lobuche
Rise early to witness the awe-inspiring sunrise over the majestic Himalayas. After a hearty breakfast, begin your trek for the day. Today's trail primarily descends, so take your time and proceed at a comfortable pace. As you make your way along the trail, you'll pass through charming settlements and traverse vast alpine meadows. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the surroundings.
Upon reaching Pangboche, take a short rest before embarking on an exploration of the settlement. Engage in friendly conversations with the locals, eager to learn about their way of life and rich cultural traditions. Following a satisfying breakfast, begin your trek for the day. Today's trail will lead you from the high mountain country to the enchanting lush woodlands of the region. Descending along the trail, you will eventually reach Namche Bazaar. Take a moment to rest and rejuvenate before embarking on an exploration of this vibrant settlement.
Venture out to discover the charm of Namche Bazaar, exploring its bustling streets and alleys. Immerse yourself in the local atmosphere and visit the various pubs and restaurants that dot the area. This is your final day’s trekking. Start by following the Dudh Koshi passing various settlements and monasteries down to Lukla. Once you reach Lukla enjoy and celebrate your last night in the mountains.
After breakfast, trek from high mountains to lush woodlands, reaching Namche Bazaar. Explore the settlement and visit pubs and restaurants to immerse yourself in the local atmosphere. Enjoy the vibrant ambiance of this popular Everest region hub.
Today is a free day for you to explore the city at your own pace or join a guided tour to uncover the secrets of the Kathmandu Valley. In the evening, gather for a special farewell dinner to celebrate the successful completion of your expedition.

Everest region Trek is one of the most facilitated trekking destinations in the country, providing basic to luxury ones.
In this trail, you’ll be provided with a variety of cuisine to choose from. Nepali, Tibetan, Indian, and western as well as continental meals. As the region has small tea houses to luxury hotels the facilities they provide are basic to grandeur according to your budget. Try various traditional cuisine and popular snacks and delicacies renowned in the region.
Similarly, drinking water is accessible with natural water supplies which are untreated, so direct use of the water is not recommended, you may refill boiling water or cold filter water from any of the teahouses. However, if you buy a water purification tablet, chlorine drops or utilize SODIS (sunlight assisted) filtration procedures for further assurance, saving money and reducing plastic pollution.
All clients participating in any activity must have travel insurance. Personal injury, death, hospital expenditures, repatriation fees, and helicopter rescue. Any other disease covered by the insurance plan will be given. We highly advise you to acquire a comprehensive insurance plan from a trustworthy insurance company.
Accommodations are available in trekking lodges, teahouses as well as a number of hotels all along the trail, providing basic well-maintained, and reasonably luxury 5-star ones with additional needs according to your budget. Tea houses on the trail vary in quality and price, depending on the amenities they feature.
The tea house’s room has shared beds and some basic furniture like a small table or a chair. Normally, beds contain pillows and sheets and almost all tea houses provide extra blankets as it will be freezing at night. Usually, hot showers are available throughout the trek.
For trekkers who want to Camp, various campsites are available along the. On Base Camp, you will be accommodated in makeshift camps.
Every client must have a valid passport from the return date with a 6-month prior validity by the Nepalese consulate in your country or the immigration office at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu.
