During the Annapurna Region Trek, you’ll enjoy a variety of cuisines, including Nepali, Tibetan, continental, and western meals at local teahouses. The region is a plastic-free zone, banning bottled mineral water. Instead, you can find drinking water taps along the trail, but it’s advisable to treat the water before consumption. You can use water purification tablets, chlorine drops, or SODIS filtration to ensure safe drinking water, helping to save money and reduce plastic waste.
